1. Standard Warranty Coverage
All CHEQUES products come with a one-year (12 months) warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. During this period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product at no extra cost.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, liquid exposure, fire, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, creases, sole wear, or minor colour fading.
- Natural variations in leather texture, grain, or tone — these are inherent to genuine leather and add to its character.
- Products altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than CHEQUES
- Custom-made or bespoke products created on special request (these are final sale).
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at support@chequeslife.com or WhatsApp/Phone +918006087504 with your Order ID, purchase date, and clear photos of the issue.
- Once approved, you may ship the item to us in its original or equivalent packaging for inspection.
- If the defect falls under the warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost. (Shipping to CHEQUES may be at the customer’s expense unless stated otherwise.)
4. Limitations & Liability
- CHEQUES reserves the right to determine if a defect is covered under warranty. If not, a paid repair estimate will be shared.
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by CHEQUES. No other express or implied warranties apply.
- CHEQUES will not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
- Warranty is valid only for purchases made through www.chequeslife.com and applies within India.
5. Care & Maintenance Tips
To extend the life of your CHEQUES leather goods and ensure continued eligibility for warranty service:
- Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Use the provided dust bag when not in use.
- Avoid water exposure and harsh cleaning chemicals.
- For shoes: rotate wear, air dry after use, and use shoe trees.
- For jackets and bags: follow the detailed care guide included with your purchase.
