Exchange Policy
At CHEQUES, we believe in premium craftsmanship and want you to love your purchase. Here’s our exchange policy to keep things clear and transparent.
- Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges can be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Only items in brand-new, unworn condition, with original tags, packaging and accessories, are eligible.
- Items showing wear, damage and without original tag and packaging are not eligible.
- All items are customized & personalized for you, and are not eligible for return but exchange.
- Size & Style Exchanges
- For footwear: You may exchange for one size up or down per order; half-sizes should be adjusted using insoles as we do not generally stock half-sizes.
- Colour/style changes may be allowed subject to availability + an additional fee (if applicable). Once an exchange is processed, the sale becomes final.
- How to Initiate an Exchange
- Log in to your account, go to “My Orders” → “Request Exchange”, or contact us at support@chequeslife.com with your Order ID and photos.
- On approval, we will schedule a reverse-pick-up of your item from your address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item (3-5 business days), we will dispatch the exchanged item (1-3 business days for in-stock; up to 15 business days for made-to-order).
- How long will it take to process my exchange?
- Response to an exchange request – 1 day
- Reverse pickup – 3-5 days
- Reverse shipping time to our shipping center – 3-5 days
- Quality check of reverse pickup product- 1 day
- Shipping MTO exchange product – 10-15 days
Total exchange timeline: 15-18 days depending on the shipping/ reverse pickup address.
Which items cannot be exchanged?
Customized or bespoke orders made on special demands or with special customizations cannot be exchanged. Used products that show ANY KIND of wear cannot be exchanged. Products without original packaging and tags cannot be exchanged.
- Shipping Charges
- Exchange shipping (forward + reverse) is free of charge for eligible requests.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited or international exchanges.
- Exceptions & Conditions
- Items purchased on sale or marked “Final Sale” are non-exchangeable.
- Natural leather characteristics (grain, shade variations) are not defects and do not qualify for exchange.
- Abuse of the exchange privilege (e.g., repeated size-only orders without intent to keep) may result in rejection of future exchanges.
