Every piece is hand-finished, so slight variation in colour and patina is part of its character, not a flaw. Sole swaps depend on what is on the shelf that week. Customised orders follow the terms below.
Personalised pieces are cut to one person, so they take around 15 days and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Open the size guide next to the size selector to convert your usual UK, EU or US size, or measure your foot length in centimetres. Caught between two sizes? Call our stylists. They size customers by phone every day.
Can I personalise this piece?
Yes. Fit, sole and heel height, finish and the insole are all adjustable, and your initials are cut into the underside of the sole at no charge. Build your selection in the personalisation section above and it carries over to WhatsApp. Blake-stitched and Goodyear-welted construction are available as upgrades and quoted separately. Customised orders are priced at full MRP, need a 20% advance, take around 15 days, and aren't eligible for exchange or refund.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across India. COD orders are dispatched after a quick phone confirmation, so we're only cutting leather for orders that are genuinely going ahead.
How long will delivery take?
Because nothing is made until it's ordered, your pair takes 7–8 days to craft and dispatch, plus transit time. Customised orders take around 15 days.
What if it doesn't fit?
You have 7 days to request a replacement. Because every piece is cut and finished for one individual order, we replace rather than refund. Tell us what's wrong with the fit and we'll remake it correctly. Customised orders are excluded.
How do I care for handcrafted leather?
Every piece ships with a complimentary care kit and instructions. Condition it a few times a year, use shoe trees between wears, and it can be resoled and recoloured for years rather than replaced.
What does the 1 year craft warranty cover?
Defects in craftsmanship (stitching, construction and finish) for a full year from delivery. Normal wear, accidental damage and neglect aren't covered, but if something we built has failed, we'll put it right.
