Exchange & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is in brand-new, unworn condition, with original tags, packaging and accessories intact. Customized, made-to-order or final-sale items are non-exchangeable/non-returnable.
2. Size or Style Exchange
If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour/style, please submit your request through your account or contact our support team. Once the exchange is approved and completed, the sale is considered final.
3. Return for Refund
Returns are not eligible for customized items. Orders with initials engraved are non-returnable.Orders without initials engraved are eligible for exchange. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the product. Shipping fees for original order are non-refundable.
4. Process & Shipping
Initiate your request via “My Orders → Request Return/Exchange” or email us at support@chequeslife.com with your Order ID and photos.
We will schedule a reverse pick-up at no extra cost for approved requests.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we dispatch the exchanged item (if applicable) or process the refund.
Please note: any additional shipping charges for expedited service will be borne by the customer.
5. Conditions & Exceptions
Items showing signs of wear, scratched soles, creased leather or missing packaging will not be eligible.
Natural variations in leather grain and shade are not defects and do not qualify for return/exchange.
Abuse of the policy (for example, repeated returns with no purchase intent) may result in refusal of future requests.
