SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing CHEQUES for your handcrafted luxury leather goods. This Shipping Policy ensures transparency and a seamless delivery experience as you receive our shoes, jackets and other signature items.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours after telephonic confirmation. In case of pre-paid orders we confirm just the address over the registered phone number.
In case of COD orders, we confirm the order post the order confirmation call.

Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; details will be communicated upon order confirmation.

  1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
    Standard shipping is available across India.
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
  2. Shipping Methods

We provide various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. We use BlueDart, Delhivery and other reputed delivery services for delivering our parcels.

  • Estimated Delivery Time after dispatch
  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days from dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days from dispatch (additional shipping charges applicable).
    Delivery times may vary based on destination, local logistics conditions, and unforeseen factors.
  1. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our delivery partners and our customer service also keeps you updated on the delivery of your parcel.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
  1. Shipping Delays
    CHEQUES is not liable for delays caused by external events beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs processing, courier disruptions, adverse weather, political unrest, or force-majeure events. We will however keep you informed and do our best to assist.
  2. Shipping Address
    Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout -this includes postal code, local landmark, mobile number and email address. CHEQUES cannot be held responsible for parcels undelivered due to error in the shipping address or incorrect contact details.
  3. Damaged or Missing Items
    If your order arrives with damaged items, missing contents or apparent tampering, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic proof or other evidence and will work with the courier to address the issue promptly.
  4. Shipping on Specific Days
    Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off (usually 4 pm IST) or on Sundays/holidays will be processed the next business day.
